What do I need to edit to make it possible to start with 2nd Flotilla at Wilhelmshaven at the outbreak of war? Like patch 1.4b made possible. I assume it's something in flotilla.cfg? Any suggestions? I'm running the revival dvd release v1.4 Thanx. __________________
