SSBN/GN/OMGWTFPWNBBQ modding help

I am a n00b when it comes to S3d, and for personal OMGWTFPWNBBQ enjoyment, i am trying to mod the Ohio class sub into 3 versions.

1) SSBN: using the Kraken method, I want to be able to launch a full 24-shot salvo of nukes. I am trying to figure out how to get the gun to be set above the missile deck at a height so that when I go to some arbitrary launch depth, the gun will be just out of the water, hopefully allowing me to use it without actually having to surface. I know i would have to modify several other things to allow that to work, but I want to see if it would even be possible.

2) SSGN: basically, 7 aft torp tubes with 150-some cruise missiles in storage, operating on the same basic mechanic as the cruise missiles already included with the Ohio

3) A hybrid sub, with guns inside the missile tubes. The sub would be armored to hell, much like the Titan, and once surfaced, all the weapons would pop up on raised platforms in order to clear the missile hatches, and proceed to rape everything in sight.

Basically, I need to know how to add stuff to the sub, and how to get guns, torp tubes, etc. where I need them to be. I figured posting this as a separate thread would hopefully invite a faster response, rather than posting it in the Ohio Thread
