I want a new camera view, need help

I want to change the default view of the Attack Peri - "F3" - to the conning tower room rather than the scope view. I made this change years ago and have forgotten what file to make the changes. Thanks in advance

OK. I found the file command.en.
I think the changes were simple enough. I cut two lines of code from command 16 and pasted them into command 13. I believe that used to work.
However, now when I hit F3 I am floating outside the sub! If I only cut and paste the f3 command line I am floating just below the conning tower entrance.
Not sure what to do next.

I found my original post about this from years ago and what I did used to work. Much has changed now and the cameras are not the same I am guessing. Anyone know what else needs to be tweaked in those entries to do this?
