Anyone know how to move attack Map Dials

Part of the Wide Screen mod is to move the dials etc to the right, I haven't been able to find any reference in the menu_1024_768.ini file, seems this also may be hard coded, anyone have any ideas?

the entries for the dials that you see at attack map are at the G3B page.
