How to add new sound to the in game speech?

I want to change the sound of "Torpedo Impact" line spoken by XO into one with some clapping hands and cheering sound just like the way it is in SH3 GWX .If I just simply add the clapping hands and cheering sound effect into the "Torpedo Impact" track by using some audio editor then paste the changed file into the location it was in the SH5 folder,will it do the trick?

If you still have SH3 installed simply go into the Data/Sound/Speech/1 folder and copy these three files:

WeO_K_Torpedo_impact
WeO_P_Torpedo_impact
WeO_S_Torpedo_impact

Now go into the same folder in SH5 and paste those files into all nine folders in the Speech folder.

There's no SH5 folder like Data/Sound/Speech/1
