Watch reporting contacts when submerged....

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I am hoping it will be fixed with a future patch but for now....
I searched around for something on this but to this point have not found anything.

No with regards to the periscope. If it was
I was well below PD.

If the periscope is up, and your at periscope depth then thats why. Even in SH3 if at PD, and periscope is up, then the WO is theoreticly at the periscope scanning.

If deeper or periscope is down, then thats a bug of course.

This is an option with the sound man isn't it. What I find funny though is when he is reporting " smoke on the horizon " when I am submerged 90m.

Is he actually reporting contacts, or just saying the words? Would be a whole different problem if he where actually seeing and plotting (for those with map plots "on").

Exactly, he say the words, but there are no contacts on the map (I use the NoMapUpdate option off) and I dont' see any contact with the periscope.

Perhaps an event is linked to the wrong sound file?
