Default Ship behavior at harbors

How to change ship behavior at harbors to stop them from running ashore?

Is it in some way related to the depth of the harbor area?
If it´s the case, how hard is to change the map?
Any ideas?

Harbour floors are very shallow in SH5 but then have always been compared to RL
Not sounded them all out but I know Halifax is 6m
Not even deep enough for half the mercs that sail out of there

I think the ships aground issue is just poor scripting
Those units are done the same as SH3\4 units were with waypoints
Have looked at them but loathe to change anything at the mo as the next patch will probably overwrite the files
