[REQ] Updated Recognition Manual (ingame)

I hope there is a modder out there who would take the time and effort to update and add missing pieces of information to the recognition manual.

The ships lenght I would really like to see added for speed calculations.
Also when determining range, it changes with each ship if the height is measured from the smoker or the mast. (or so I've been told)
Having a little red line to indicate from where to measure would aid a lot.
