Default Help..cant get boat to change depth

I have tried everything..taken all mods out and put them all back, but I cant get my crew to bring the boat up from 160m. Everytime I click on a depth change, the percent complete meter comes up and starts to show a higher completion...then it stops and drops back down again, and once again my boat is stuck at 160m. I have even tried speeding up, but to no avail { well it did let the DD know where I was lol }

Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Do you have any flooding?? flooding makes your uboat sink.

Also try with EXTREME SPEED. (sorry cant help laughing about extreme speed).
