I don't own Silent Hunter: Battle of the Atlantic, but it sounds like it takes place in the Med exclusively.

What's with the game name, lol?

I've yet to be in the Mediterranean Sea. I leave Kiel Germany and patrol around Britain and the Dover Straights primarily

OK, my bad. All the campaign references I've been reading were the med.

Probably later on you get to the Med. I'm still in the early, War has just been declared stages. France hasn't be conquered as of yet etc etc.
