How do i start a campaign with custom difficulty settings? I can only choose easy/medium/hard/realistic settings. How do i change this? Does patch 1.1 solve this? Am I more newbie than I thought? Also, is it possible to download and install patch 1.1 on a Steam bought game? Thanks in advance!
