Which files are you looking for specifically? If you are looking for texture files they are all in:

Silent Hunter 5 -> Data -> Menu -> Skins -> German -> Gui -> Layout

The locater files to call up those texture files are in the Pages folder at:

Silent Hunter 5 -> Data -> Menu -> Skins -> Pages

The file you are looking for is Page Attack Periscope 2, Page attack periscope and down the list is Page obs periscope

If you are looking for the script files (which give the buttons on the persicope functions and call them up) that is found in:

Silent Hunter 5 -> Data -> Scripts -> Menu

The names of the files are the same as the "Page" files above.
