I started the war in August 1939, and made it up as far as april 5th 1940. I noticed i had a lot of save games in the folder, so i go to delete some of the old ones from August. I hit delete, did not read the dialog box and simply hit yes....
....and found that all my save games were GONE. GAAH!. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Did you delete them from in-game? Or did you open the directory in Windows Explorer and delete files that way?
Can you get the relevant files back from the Recycle Bin, is what I'm wondering. |

I deleted them ingame. I ment to only delete ONE file but it seems that when i delete one file, it deletes the entire careers save files.

Ouch.
Yeah, I think maybe if you delete one, it deletes everything after that one as well. Don't know if it's possible to restore saves deleted in-game. If so maybe someone else here knows how. |

Same happened to me ones. I believe the Stock version had it different then after 1.4 though i am not sure about it.
What i do is that i back-up the Careers quite regularly since i play on two platforms. What you could do is installing Live Mesh or some and select the career file to be backup constantly on the net or synchronize to you phone or some. |
