Where to buy Collector's Edition in USA?

I don't care about the iron box, I don't care about the ship skins. But I have to have the map. My SH3 map of the Atlantic is a prized possession, and the SH4 map of the Pacific is hanging on the wall above me right now.

But where can I buy the Collector's/Limited edition in the USA? I tried preordering the limited edition from amazon.co.uk, but they wouldn't ship to my address. Anyone know where I can get it?

It costs $80!!!

Other than stuff with it is the game better at all for collectors edition?

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think the SH3 and SH5 map are the exact same. Just warning you in advance.
