Probably a good idea. A friend of mine made the mistake of buying a house in Vegas when his wife was assigned to Nellis. Not only can't he sell the house, but he can't rent if for anywhere what his mortgage is.

This guy is losing $2,000 per MONTH on his house. It might be easier to just hire someone to torch it.

Serves him right for buying a house in Vegas though. The only people who move there are only going to be there for their one tour at Nellis and the other bases there. Can't imagine anyone wanting to live there.
