Change realism while playing

Hi everyone.
I had been having a idea:"Change realism while playing SH3"
As you know,this sim cant change realism while you are playing.
this problem usually annoying me so much.if it were possible,
i can check if my manual observation　is accurate by switching
"Manual Targetting"

Open the game. Select 'Single Mission'. Change what you want. Now go to your career. It will be changed.

Or do what I used to do.....scrap the current career and start a new on
