A couple of navigtion questions for SH4

I cant find the answer to these anywhere in the manual, which is really an inferior document:
--I can set the rudders to go hard left or right, but how do you get them to go straight again. (This is for use on a laptop. The " ' " key, as suggested in the manual, doesnt do it.)

--What key do you use to get the periscope to look straight ahead?
-- What key to make the sub go in the direction the presicope is facing?

Try the ' key to go straight, not sure why it's not working for you.
