Compatibility between "SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b" and "SH3 Extended FreeCam"?

Hello everyone I am writing here to know if there's someone that knows the way to make these two mods compatible
I have Windows XP SP2
I did 4 tests in these days ..

first test
I installed from cd SH3 + patch 1.4b emea + SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b
following the guidance that I have reported here

and everything works fine no image appears stretched

second test
I installed from cd SH3 + patch 1.4b emea + MEG3.0 (my great collection of the best mods that are on the web without GWX) ... you can look the presentation on BTS

In MEG3.0 there is also a fantastic mod SH3 Extended FreeCam so you can move freely from the control room to the radio room and also you can move freely from the deck towards the bow or stern.
all the various mod works fine but the images are stretched ..

Third test
I installed from CD SH3 + 1.4b patch emea + MEG3.0 + SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b

Everything works the images are not stretched but I lose the free movement of freecam

Fourth test
from cd SH3 + patch 1.4b emea + SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b and then MEG3.0

Everything works I have the free movement of the camera but I stretched images

Is there anyone who knows help me about this incompatibility.

I think it is between the SH3 and SH3_XPSP2_Res_Fix_for_1.4b Extended FreeCam but I can not fix!!
