Off for a day...

Ok - I have to build a machine for the inlaws, the parts came in today. However, because of the deal I got on the mainboard and chip, I am swapping them my current mb and chip that is on this machine.

*Dual core 2.2 x2 for a Phenom 2 x4 at 3.2 (the 955)

Because of the swap, both machines will need to be reformatted and rebuilt, so I am unlikely to be up and running again to get in here and do much for a day.

Captain. I have taken a hard drive from one machine and put it in another with success and help from windows update. It is risky though. I figure on 1 1/2 hours to switch physical parts, and you know the rest of the routine. By the time you install OS, update, install firewall and the like, takes me 6-8hrs. Probabally a bad time to drop under the radar...........This site is jumping.....Ships........and you will do a fine job.
