Its a Microsoft Access 2007 template - no installation require you just need MS Access 2007 to open it. Sry should of made it clearer in post, will edit it.

Sorry guys! I haven't been back to file front since i put up the mods, and just went in now and realize the download comes up with errors. Another thing, whats happen with filefront! Its all blaring adds and damn slow to browse. Its terrible.

Will upload the mod to another host soon and place new link here.

edit.
i would use subsims download option but i found it to l33t to just upload a file, its like i had to go through boot camp training just to get the damn file up!

Anyways will upload file soon.
