Default THE ABSOLUTE "skinny" about SH5

I am a newbie here, and have enjoyed all the postings reference SH5. It makes for good entertainment to hear the whole gammit of opinions, suggestions & complaints. I think all aspects of SH5 have been addressed in these forums. "Is it a Sim, a game, will it have?, I don't like it, I like it, is it immersive, the damage factor, the morale factor, and a million other aspects of "a production" that has never been released yet, have been praised and criticized.

We all know the same truth, but I remind you that the devs at Ubisoft know clearly what they are doing. They are professionals with a lot of experience. SH5 IS NOT A NEW CREATION BUT THE CONTINUED EVOLUTION OF A GREAT PRODUCT. They have heard and listened to the cries in the wilderness, and have been enlightened by some and offended by others. They will put out a damn good production to be enjoyed by all.

Some posts remind me of the enthusiam and anticipation we have all experienced as a child waiting impatiently for some "event" to occur.

I KNOW FOR ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY: When SH5 is released it will be like XMAS for the modders. We all will be greatful for the gift we receive from Ubisoft and will get lost in the immersion of the whole thing.

It has been entertaing to watch the group here in all its "awe" anticipating........Ships...

Ive always gone by this simple rule.
here in the UK new games cost about £30
I figure if I play for 30 hours it works out at £1 per hour for the entertainment. IMHO that is decent enough value.

Considering I played Stock SH3 for about a year... can I really complain?
I know some expect a perfect bug free product on day one, which is not nessarily 'unreasonable', but unfortunatly it IS certainly unrealistic!

Sh5 will probably be a hell of a lot better than SH3 was out of the box.
And Imagine what it will be like when it is modded?

I put the pessimism and worrying down to fanaticism.

SailorSteve: Maybe I spelled "gammit" wrong, I'll check Wiki after this. I believe it covers all in the range specified...........Cheers. I just looked behind me and missed you.

I know what it is; I was just teasing about your spelling. It's "gamut".

Aaaand, in case nobody knew, it's an old word for the musical scale. "Running the gamut" originally meant to run from the bottom to the top of the scale. Today it means covering every part of a topic or subject.

im still trying to figure out just how you claim to be an "insider" when your sig states you are from Seattle, WA which last time i checked is a long long way from Romania and you have given no context with which to make this claim so for this reason i have edited out the words "from an insider" from your thread title

Default Webster....knock off your crap!!!!

I did not give you permission to edit my thread. That was my party, not yours. Common Sense and reason when viewing my thread proves it was all in fun and meant to be humorous.

I challenge you to find anything in that thread that may not be true and accurate.

Webster, I have viewed plenty of threads that probabally should have been deleted as well as the posts with them.

You actions are unreasonable and intolerable.

As NEAL says, "ain't no anarchy here brother", or something close to that, so knock it off. You may be the thread police, but mine contained no violations.

Please take a nap, you will feel better........

I just travelled 129 miles to the VA hospital and back from my chemo therapy, to walk in on your crap. I knew today would not be a good day, and you proved it by your ruthlessness.

Now I'll probabally be stopped by the spelling police also.........
