Yes, you can, quite a bit of tonnage... but thats prettymuch it... just for tonnage...

Last time I paid a visit to Scapa Flow with Bismarck, I went to the west end of the harbor to sink the floating dock. Couldn't sink it. Couldn't ram it due to an anti-sub/torp net.
