All subs in one flotilla

Hi, guys! Please someone give me a help...

I'm using GWX and Commanders and I want to play a career starting in 1939 and going until 1944 or 1945 where I can have access to all u-boats. I need to edit one of the flotillas for this but I could not understand anything in the flotilla.cfg file.
I want to start with the IIA and play until XXI U-boat.
The 7/13 flotilla don't have the IIA/D and the XXI u-boats while the 30/33 only don't have the XXI but starts in 1942

What should I do?

I could not find what I want...

but I found the solution to a lot of other problems that I did not expect!

Any suggestions on how to edit the flotillas' u-boats?
