so what you get is several intelligence agencies from various nations laying reports on Obama's desk which indicate that Iran possesses nuclear weapons technology (thats what they will call it because WMD is so Bush era) but they have the intent to deliver them to our allies, and are currently working on a feasable method of delivery.
