damage of guns

How do you increase the damage of the guns?
Cant really find the file in /data with silent 3ditor.

thats because its in /data/library: shells.zon, BUT you will first have to find the parentid of the shell you want to edit, in shells.dat that corresponds to the ammo type, i.e. 4 50, 20mm aa, whatever.in exdample the 40mmAA shells id is 0x805a0032af6ada0a then you look for that in parent id of the .zon. hope this helps you out. alternatively, here is some of the work allready done for you, http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...do=file&id=517 there is a 25% upgrade in power, and 50% in RPM also 50% and 50%

what guns are you looking to change?

we need to know this to give you a better answer.

if you just want more powerfull deck guns on your sub then try my upgraded deck guns mod to see what that does for you

Look in data/library/shells.dat. That will list all of the shells in the game. Find the one you want to change then find it again in the .zon file. You can do this by copying the ID # of the shell you want in the dat file and search for the same ID # in the zon file.
