So... let me get this straight. First came ToW, which was nice. Then came ToW 2 with Africa campaign, which wasnt that great. And now, they're going back to ToW 1 with the ToW 2's mechanics, which IMHO are inferior to that of ToW 1's.

Haven't played TOW2 except the demo. What is "worse" in TOW2 vs TOW1?

The infantry. Not that it was great in TOW1 either, but it's really bad in TOW2. It wasnt that bad if you had infantry against infantry because they were both so bad that they couldnt hit eachother, but when you tried to assault AT gun from behind you usually ended up with 2-3 own squads KIA and the AT gun still there.
