A Norwegian cargo by 05-40

Yesterday operating from Kiel I have finded a Norwegian cargo in the Skagerrak by May 1940(the country was invaded the 9th April 1940) . I have the Silent Editor v0.9.9 y like to know where I must edit the information of sailing about this ships(that included also Poland and all others invaded countries in Europe).Historically as enemies was near impossible to find this ships in this area about this time.
