Default The Vulcan flies

This is the only flying Vulcan bomber in the world, XH558..

Since it wasn't that noisy I thought music would be better....sorry about the jerks, I had to look down to check Max hadn't run off, also my arm started to get tired towards the end so had to stop for a second and then start again.

No, that's my fault where I got the music. Will redo the music without the platoon stuff in it.

Besides what's the big deal that it was dubbed into Russian?

Really fantastic pics bud. I saw the Blades at Santa Pod Raceway a few months ago, they were stunning.

Looked to have been a very cool airshow! I would love to see a Lancaster in person.

The Valcun, what is the airspeed. She almost looks like she is not flying in some of the shots. She is a big beasty.

Thanks for sharing. I love seeing the older plane taken care of and enjoyed.

About a year or two ago I was driving home from the grocery store with my wife. I heard a loud rumble a jet engine but this one sounded different.

All of a sudden from accross the lake it burst into view flying at maybe 200 feet and scorching across the landscape. I nearly crapped myself and slammed on the brakes.

A B1B flew accross the road not 100 yards in front of us at very low altitude. Loud and proud. "Do you know what the hell that was !" I asked my wife..."OMG its WW3"

Turns out they were doing flyovers for a football game.

I heard the stall speed of the Vulcan is 45 kph and cruise is 912 kph.

Well when he first took off he pulled up to about 30 degrees and then banked putting the Vulcan on its wingtip and pulled around. Classic Vulcan stuff.

Also surprisingly quiet.
