What an awesome read. Thanks for posting that article. I never knew that much about the ALFA - just that it was fast and could dive deep. What a cool little submarine!

Thanks linton it is a good read they re activated one for trials in 1995 but de commossioned it again in 1997 its a shame they are still classified in russia though so the proper specifications wont be available for a few years yet which is a shame.
