You've seen the beauty... here comes the beast.

1 Empty CD-R
1 Self laminating sheet
Prints on paper and OH
1 nut, 1 bolt & some washers

Cut things up...

Laminate them, but not the two biggest. They are to be laminated on to the CD. So cut holes in them to make the laminate sheet attach to a larger surface. Laminate the OH-cuttings too to make them more stiff.

Allright... Put it together.

But you had to resize the templates, didn't you? IIRC they are bigger than a CD

Thanks everybody...

I've updated the layout with some improvements. The last one went a little blurry by the resize. I've been working a lot to make this one look better. This time I got it razor sharp.

I also made the prints 1,5 mm smaller so that the laminate has more to attach to in the edges. I had to carve a little extra on the last one to get a reasonable bit.
