Natural crew behaviour?

By playing SH4 and installing different mod's I have still a question though. Ther's nothing more satisfying then watchting a a crippled enemy ship going down (I'm sure you guys understand me, this has nothing to do with some kind of perverted sense of sadism

Ther's is one thing, however, that feels a liitle bit unatural and disappointing. The personel of the sunk ship remains almost passive when the ship goes down. They are standing like zombies and waiting for whatever their fate will be... In one mission (Sink U-537) they even keep standing on the bridge when the ship goes down

You could expect that in case of emergency all kinds of emergency routines take place... For instance, crew fighting fires, releasing life rafts, taking care of wounded,... Is there any Mod that takes care of this issue? I am sure this would enhance the overall realism. A lot of you guys already did an amazing job on different mods (TriggerMaru, DBSM-SH4,... stunning work) ! I hope that someone can give me advise (or a link) to this one!
