I'm new to this game but whit this forum i'm now able to intercept a target am blow it up whit the sonar and radar stuff.
My next question is how do you recruit new people to your submarin crew to get up to the maxim of efficiency. What is the best combination between electrical, mechanical, guns ,watchman and leaderschip for : torpido room , engine room, control room..... all |

You get New Recruits by going to your base, when your in your office click on the little submarine figure and it should bring up crew page. You Must have renown in order to recruit new people. You get renown by going and patrols and sinking things,This is also the page where you can upgrade your sub such as your radar,Sonar,Submarine Coating and other things.I think leadership for your control room and guns for manning the flak and deck guns. You can click on a crewmate and it will show his special abilities and place him there for the best results,Mechanical People I recommend Putting them into your damage control team so when you get hit or depthcharged they will repair whatever's hit.

Deck Watch - Watchkeeping
Torpedorooms - Electrical + Mechanical + Guns Engineroom - Mechanical + Electrical Control Room - Electrical + Mechanical + Watchkeeping Conning Tower - Electrical + Watchkeeping Damage Control - Electrical + Mechanical + Guns Guns - Overpowering Desire For A Much Bigger Willie Well that's how it looks to me. Hopefully someone that really knows will point at the definitive statement. |

I've asked a few times, but doe's anyone have a clue how the efficiency ratings work or what the numbers stand for. The usually look something like 80 + (30)..something like that.
