Default Hey, new and have a couple questions.

Hey Everyone!

This is my first time playing this game and have a couple questions.

First question. I have installed the Generic mod installer application (JSGME?) and used it to install Webster's no fatiuge mod. I believe that I did someting wrong as my crew is getting fatigued.

Second question is there any way to change the resolution in the game? I've tried using the force resolution option in the Nvidia control panel with out much luck.

Thanks everyone!

By the way, I did a forum search and didn't find what I was looking for.

I can help with the first one. Use JSGM to disable the mod. Use SHIII commander (most of us use it) and you will find a no fatigue setting. Use that it is a lot easier.

Welcome Aboard Herr Kaluen!!!

I believe there is a mod in the download section for the resolution fix.

This fix lets you play with the resolution to suit your rig.

Be aware that SH3 is a game designed with a 4:3 screen so this works by stretching the image. It works better on some rigs than others.

Hey guys! thanks for all the help!

I'll look into the resolution fixes soon.

And SHIII commander looks like a really neat mod I'll check that out tonight as well.

Thanks for the warm welcome .

WELCOME ABOARD!

Yes, SH3 Commander is THE tool for the game, and a perfect complement to any of the supermods.

welcome Das Walrus

If you give this game the time it needs to get under your skin.....then...well....youve just waved goodbye to your old life!!!!!

soon you will be at work/shopping/cinema/bedroom!!
and all you can think about is your crew, those destroyers and those big fat cows in the massive herds of steel bobbling across the atlantic.............better stop now i'm feeling funny

hope your running GWX....(no offence any other supermod..just personal choice!!!!)...over stock sh3, with a few select mods, it just gets better and better!!!

Hey guys everything is going great!

I have one more question though. are there any torpedo tricks I should know about when firing in rough water? Ive been getting really close to the target ship around 700-800 meters yet I seem to miss around 1/2 the time.
