Real-time range readout w/ OLC GUI?

As someone who just switched from the stock GUI to OLC, I am all happy except for the lack of a range readout (the one found in the stock attack periscope). Now I know this is scoffed upon by manual targeters, but I'm more of a point-and-shooter so I sorely miss this feature. Is there any way to add this back in?

Now that reminds me, is there any way to bring back the nice big enhanced navigation compass that was found in GWX3?

And another silly question, how do I bring up the quick-reference flag and ship charts located on the side?
