New home sales surge 11%
yup home sales the highest in many years.
Now I have to wonder what is behind this seeing as how lenders are keeping a tight hand on the loans  I'm thinking alot of investors are thinking the market has bottomed out and decided now is the time to make a move. http://www.dailyfinance.com/2009/07/...ur-month-high/
