I'm getting a load of my belongings back from norway tomorrow and in amongst them there should be a foot long scale model of a supply uboat which has a motor in it, fit batteries, flick a switch and off it goes. It dives and once the water reaches the top of periscope (which is raised) it surfaces again, then repeats. Bought it about 9 years ago, built it but never finished painting it.

Not a bad price when you consider all parts are included (the extra detailed stuff can come as always at an additional cost.
I had a British S class the same size approx 20 years or so back but not so detailed. If I were getting back into the hobby I'd purchase the IXD2. |
