WB mission orders

Hello,

I want to make sure that I have the latest version of this mod. I currently have this mod but it was without version number next to the name of this mod when I have downloaded it at that time.

The first line of readme.txt from this mod is "WB News Network will keep you informed of historical events and order you to take part in historical missions scripted into GWX 3.0."

Now the version I found at Subsim DL section is this one below:

It says it is version 1.1 but after you download it it's actually 1.0 and the first line from the readme says:

Thank you for 'subscribing' to WB News Network. WBNN will keep you informed of historical events and order you to take part in historical mission in GWX 2.1.

So I'm a bit lost now, which version is newer ?

GWX 3 - WB News Network contains WBNN Mission Orders and WBNN Warning Orders (SH3 Cmdr)

All I was interested in was GWX 3 - WB News Network and version of it.

As I explained above I'm currently having a bit different version and I want to know which version is newer. The one I had already or the one that is in DL section. Note: that the one in DL section says "WBNN will keep you informed of historical events and order you to take part in historical mission in GWX 2.1." I have the one where it is addressed to GWX 3.0. Simple question is: can this be that in DL section uploaded older version of this mod ?

WB News Network will keep you informed of historical events and order you to take part in historical missions scripted into GWX 3.0.
Content:
WBNN consists of two parts:
1. Mission Orders. As you patrol you will receive messages ordering you to take part in missions scripted into GWX 3.0. This is available in English, French and German.
2. Warning Orders. On your loading screen you will receive Warning Orders of impending operations and news of recent events. This is currently only available in English but if you're interested in translating into French or German then PM me.
Installation is in two parts:
1. Extract the 'WBNN Mission Orders' folder into JSGME MODS and install through JSGME.
2. Extract the Cfg folder in 'WBNN Warning Orders (SH3 Cmdr)' into your SH3 Commander folder.
This mod will replace all messages in the following files:
1. SH3 '\Data\Campaigns\Campaign\messages_en.txt'
2. SH3 Commander '\Cfg\Menu variable_en.txt'
I recommend making backups of these files before enabling the mod.
Deconflicting with other messages mods:
In order to add all new messages to other radio mods, copy all messages from the 'Mission Order messages_en' (or _fr or _de) file and paste into your original messages file at \Data\Campaigns\Campaign\messages_en.txt

Barbac - translated the French version of GWX 2.1 Mission Orders.
Alex - translated the GWX 3 Mission Orders messages.

Rango - translated the German version of GWX 2.1 Mission Orders.
mrchris - kindly volunteered his mother-in-law to translate for GWX 3. This makes him a much braver man than I am!

Content:
On your loading screen you will receive Warning Orders of impending operations and news of recent events. As you patrol you will receive messages ordering you to take part in missions scripted into GWX 2.1 and informing you of international news. There are two versions of WBNN SH3 Cmdr for the loading screens - 'Most recent' gives the most recent news first and 'Chronological' gives news in chronological order.

Now I understand the mix up here...the link I put up containing the read me you have pasted in your post #5 is the latest one....the link in the download section is the 2.1 version.
