GWX 3 and Steam

Hi I have SH III on steam and tried to add the GWX mod but keep getting a message that GWX install found a mod.
I have not installed any mods.
if I remove local content on steam will I have to re download sh3?

Ok Problem sorted.

it was trying to install in the wrong spot.
