No fake, she did it in real. She is an "event artist", campaigning for animal rights.

she will not change much with that, though. Maybe hanging up some shark hunters like that would, if it makes it into the headlines of the major news.

Aktionskünstler. Event artist, maybe action artist is better, or event/action entertainer. Anyhow, usually nothing I would see as any form of art.
