I don't get any duds!?

I have the vanilla SH4 1.5 and realism is at 80% (external views on, map updates on). The torpedo failure is set to realistic.
But anyway, in months of playing, i've never get any dud torpedo. Crappy detonators, premature explosion, bad depth... Almost always i fire the torpedoes at a 90º angle from the target and i set them at 0 depth, impact fuze...
