Well unless he is a rapist, we should consider the culpability of the women involved.

If the women can't take care of the children either, the State should take the children away from both of them and garnish both wages to help, in a tiny way, offset the cost to the state.

It is too bad there can't be some legal control over irresponsible breeding in this county.

This jerk has done great economic harm to his community and there appears to be squat that can be done about this.
