TMO 1.7 and Real Medals

I am running SH4 1.5 and TMO 1.7 along with ALL MEDALS WITH CLASSIC CREW (by Captain Cox), but I am having a problem with the medals. I am being awarded one medal but another graphic shows up.

Navy Cross and I get a Silver Star
Purple Heart and I get Navy Service Medal
Silver Star and i get a Bronze Star

Not sure on Bronze Star or MOH as I have yet to receive one of these. Now the medal graphics are the real medals not the vanillia ones the game comes with.

I did a search and saw where this was an issue but all the suggestions i tried did not help my issue. here is what my menu.txt shows...

5150=Medals
5151=Navy Distinguished Service Medal
5152=Purple Heart
5153=Silver Star
5154=Medal of Honor
5155=Bronze Star
5156=Navy Cross

Thanks for any help or possible updated mod to correct this,
