mods will not work

I have just upgraded to 1.5 u boat missions but can not get any mods to work.have jsgme ran and mod folder in place ,mods un zipped into it .it tells me the mod is active,the TMO ver 1.7 folder appears on the same screen as the mods folder and jsgme folder .i have used modes in both sh3 and sh4 using jsgme and most time they work ok .

ps I like the rouge torp in the shool section it nearly got me
