DX 11 cards??

Windows 7 has DX11 built in - but most games really haven't made the leap to 10 yet. Because of that - how long will it take card makers to start building DX11 cards?

If I am in the market for a new graphix card, should I wait till cards support 11, since I am definitely going to migrate to 7 as soon as its available (based on my testing)?

Thoughts? I ask this because my current card - a X1650 Pro - is about at the end of its rope. It runs stuff - but not great. I will replace it soon - but could hold off another year if its going to be worth it. Anyone got any heads up on DX11 support in forthcoming cards?
