Flak exam?

Has anybody ever done a flak exam in GWX to the excelent result? I tried it many times but I havent done it yet.

Done several times, but have not even got a result as I get sunk within 30 seconds of starting

I've come close a few times. 1 of 2 things usually happens for me, 1. U run out of ammo before shooting all the planes down, 2. You don't shoot them down fast enough and 1 or 2 of them will collide with each other in which case you don't get credit.

I thought you did get credit for collisions. I mention this 'cause it was the only way I passed the damn thing.

I don't know about getting an excellent, apparently it can be passed though. Check out this thread below. I have never tried the flak exam. When my crew sights planes my strategy is AAAAALLLLLLLLLAAAAAARRRMMMM!!!

I thought the purpose of the exam was to improve your emergency dive times.

You won't get an excellent grade if aircraft crash into each other...only if you shoot them down. The game treats it just like when you call for air support in the campaign.

It is doable but only in extremely rare cases because the planes have been 'beefed' up a little and your ammo is limited.
