Default Judge tosses case against Phoenix gun-shop owner

It's about time. If someone is legal to buy something, it is not up to the seller to determine if he should sell to them or not, regardless that these guns are going to Mexico. Like so what? Is Mexico violence our problem now and we create laws and punish our population for Mexico's benefit now on our own population? I think not.

Not really. Unless it spills over into American territory, then it is a problem.

Which it does on nearly a daily basis.

I keep telling you folks its a freakin powder keg on that border. Voilence on an untold scale. Its just never in the 'popular' news. There are enough lopped off heads to fill a couple of dumpsters.

Thats what happens when you get a few 'lords' of power and wealth imbeded in an impoverished nation.

Still, I will not have our laws changed to support their problem. Post National Guard on the border if they have to, but I refuse to give up my liberty for their internal mess they have caused and brewed themselves with their own corruption. Lopped off heads or not.
