Hi, I like filming and could use some advice. First I want to alter the speech pack and get rid of a couple of phrases like that annoying YEH everytime I hit something. How do I know which voice pack I am using out of the ones in the file is it always 1 as default??? Can I stop the small screen animations of sinking ships shown in the bottem left corner??? Thanks Jim.

WELCOME ABOARD!
![]() For the voices, you can download an audio editor such as Goldwave www.goldwave.com, or you can download one of the mods that changes the voice files and just use the correct voice files if you don't like the whole mod. Philipp Thomsen's sound mod is popular. I like the Das Boot Sound Mod. Both are available at www.bts-mods.com. The little screen thing is called the Event Camera. Simply click it off in Realism Options.

Welcome to the forum!
You may also want to hide the user interface by pressing ',' on the numeric pad. Concerning the voice commands I would recommend you add them after capturing the scenes with your movie editing software. You have more freedom in using whichever sample you need, the timing and also maybe some effects like reverb inside the sub. Or you can simply cut out whatever you like, e.g "yes sir". Have fun making movies! Mr. Fleck |
