Constant CTD on loading screen

Here's my activated MOD list, it used to work fine, but now no matter when or where I start my career, it CTD's 100% of the time.

GWX- 16km atmosphere
GWX- Alternate Loadscreen
GWX- Alternative Flotillas
GWX- Axis Med aircraft skins
GWX- Enhanced Damage Effects
GWX- Late War Sensors Snorkel Antennas
GWX- No medals on crew
WB's USAM v69.9.1 part 1
WB's USAM v69.9.1 part 2
WB's USAM 1b GWX Campagin
WB 's USAM 3 Aces' SH3.SDL v4

I had the GWX Merged Campagin activated, but I took it off to see if that would work. No luck. Any help as to how I can get everything back running again?
