Qualifications: what do you do?
There's another thread about promotions/decorations, and it occurred to me the other aspect of crew management is qualifications.
I'm interested in hearing what you choose to do in terms of qualifications: what do you have in your boat, and in what order do you acquire them? FYI, here's the other thread: promotions |
