Default Subway part 2

After the New York subway "The Path", they are about to release the second volume in their series.

As an ex-Berliner I can only say: fascinating! I know some of the stations.

This is no addon for Train simulator, but an independant engine and sim.

This is subway line U7. In their older addon for Train Simulator, however, they already have simulated the lines U2 and U8 as well. It's one of the best addons for train simulator that I know.

Snce this is independant from Train Simulator, it will feature much better graphics, physics and realism, like volume 1 already has shown.

I like sims with a "recognising-factor".

Jeeze, I was expecting something to pop up in the first 30 seconds. Seemed more like a horror trailer than a sim. Looks like something I'll be getting once I have an actual computer to go with my AMD Athlon X2 thats been sitting in my room for about a month.

If you liked it, look at youtube for community videos of "World of subways volume 1: The Path", there also is the official trailer. That one also looked impressive.

I checked the official website and was thinking of getting it today until I saw my puny processor could not handle it.

It (N.Y.) leaves you the choice. It installs two exe's, one for state-of-the-art systems, and the other for inferior machines.

Unless there is anything lower than these
Minimum:
Processor: Pentium IV 3,0 Ghz
Microsoft Windwos XP/Vista
Free hard disk space: 2.5 GB
RAM Memory: 2 GB
Graphics card: 128 MB NVidia GeForce 66xx or similar ATI
The only requirements I can fulfill is that I have Vista, I have 2.5gb of HD space, and I have more than 2gb of RAM. :rotfl:

Oooh, thanks for the heads up Sky!

I'm hoping they'll cover one of the UK tube lines next, District or Circle would be nice, but a lot of the District is above ground so would probably be a graphics hog

A Japanese Subway would be nice also. I'd really love the metro rail in Miami, since Its something I know.

They could even include the metromover in downtown Miami http://www.co.miami-dade.fl.us/trans...erstations.asp

I meant that I meet a requirement of 2.5G :P. I really only have a 138 gig hard drive here. My 250 gig HDD is in my ps3.

29.99EUR converts to 38.18USD I guess.

Anyone in the USA buy this yet? I was reading the forums and seen some about problems buying online.

I was going to get Black Shark till I seen the purchase system.
